Ms Gray stated in her interview;-
"...this guy wrote to HarperCollins and said she's - like one of these kind of Stephen King things - she's stolen my story."
'Flight of the Shaman' was a 180,000 word novel, a development of two previous novels, it took me 18 months of solid work to write. Unlike Ms Gray's work, that is written for adults, my work was written for children and young adults. Ms Gray referred to it as "this thing";-
"And he sent this thing in and it was practically the double..."
Ms Gray’s expert opinion was that my book was, “…practically the double” of hers.
Expert Opinion
In 2007, as chair of a prestigious literary award, she expressed the following opinions;-
Wikipedia/Orange_Prize_for_Fiction
"The Orange Prize for Fiction ... is one of the United Kingdom's most prestigious literary prizes."...
'The 2007 shortlist was decried for being derived from '... a lot of dross ...' by the chair of the judging panel Muriel Gray" [links to Wiki entry].
Guardian 21 March 2007
"As a judge in this year's Orange prize, it's hard to ignore the sheer volume of thinly disguised autobiographical writing from women on small-scale domestic themes such as motherhood, boyfriend troubles and tiny family dramas. These writers appear to have forgotten the fundamental imperative of fiction writing. It's called making stuff up."

Re: BLOGS
I put in a claim in the Small Claims Court. I ended up in the Chancery Division of the High Court, facing three lawyers;-
1. A Barrister
2. A "Solicitor of the Supreme Court"
3. A Solicitor who noted down everything that was said.
Mr Justice Roth gave his judgment, it included his concern for "famous people" and "public figures," he struck out my original claim. He then awarded costs to Ms Gray. Ms Gray's team were able to obtain costs for all three of the hearings where her legal team had represented her and for the work that they had carried out before, after and during.
Additional information or evidence that lends itself to the arguments will be most welcome. If you simply wish to show your support that will be most appreciated. Thanks.

COMMENT THREE, 18 April 2010
On 25 March 2010 I informed Ms Gray, her legal team and Harper Collins of the address of this site, my email ended;-
"The website is 'live' on the internet. I am giving Ms Gray the opportunity to inform me if I have stated anything that she regards as not correct before I inform the public at large of its address."
Ms Gray's legal team examined the site. They continue to monitor it. They have not disputed or objected to the contents.
COMMENT FOUR, 4 May 2010
On 26 April 2010 I again contacted Ms Gray and her legal team, I reproduced COMMENT THREE, and wrote;-
“Ms Gray and her legal team has now had over a month to inform me of any objection to the contents of my site. I have not heard anything and so I assume that there is nothing I have stated that is regarded as not correct.”
I advised of my intention to;-
“…begin the process of informing the public at large of the address [of the website]. The first stage in that process is to email ... people in the literary world and newspapers, and also agencies with whom Ms Gray is connected, etc.”
I gave the date of 4 May 2010 for the above action and wrote;-
“By 4 May 2010 Ms Gray and her legal team will have had over 5 weeks to inform me of any objection to anything I have stated.”
The legal team carried out a further examination of the site but, save for confirming my request that they forward copies of my communications to Ms Gray, I did not receive any reply to any of my communications. Certainly I have never received the slightest objection to anything that I have stated.
40 days after informing Ms Gray and her legal team of the address of this site, I began the process of informing the public of its address.
COMMENT FIVE, 21 Nov 2010
Muriel Gray lied about the date that she wrote her book and the date that I
wrote my book. Why did she lie?
Muriel Gray is a famous author, broadcaster and businesswoman; she presents
programs about the arts and literature on both TV and radio, she was Chair of
the Orange Awards for literature, etc. etc. and yet she lied to the audience
about the date that she wrote her book and the date that I wrote my book.
Muriel Gray employed a team of top-flight lawyers to prevent my claim going
to court. All the lower court hearings said that the claim must be heard.
Her team had to take the matter to the Court of Appeal before they succeeded
in preventing the truth from being determined.
Check out the facts, listen to her lie and decide why she lied at hewasanutter.com.
My undertaking
If there is anything that I have stated on this site that is not correct, if Muriel Gray or HarperCollins contact me and provide the evidence or counter argument to show that I am not correct, then I will remove that material and publish an apology.

My undertaking
If there is anything that I have stated on this site that is not correct; if Muriel Gray, Harper Collins, Browne Jacobson, or any person(s) mentioned in these pages, contacts me and provides the evidence or counter argument to show that I am not correct, or...
if there is anything that I have stated that anybody believes misrepresents them in any way, if they provide me with their arguments...
then, if necessary, I will consider removing the material, and/or publish a correction, and/or apologise.
If I do not hear anything (nobody has complained to me since I set up this site in March 2010) then I can only assume the accuracy of everything on this site, and that nobody has been misrepresented in any way.
